Roots & Company was founded by rural Iowans with a passion for serving Iowans. We take pride in keeping your roots at home.

Roots & Company is a non-medical home care agency who understands the immeasurable impact aging in place has on one’s mind, body, and spirit. Although often underestimated, we recognize the everlasting lifestyle shock resulting from one’s uprooting.

Our mission stems from a belief that resources should be brought to our clients, accommodating the evolving needs that arise throughout the aging process.

Safety first; every admission begins with a home safety assessment. We offer a range of services from household tasks to assistance with daily living. Services are available 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week and tailored to each individual client’s interest and needs.
